This article covers how you as a user can test your survey from the respondent's point of view. To do so, you will firstly need to download our app, you can find the link for this here!
Once you have downloaded your app, go to Profile - Settings - Scan QR
To get the QR Code, simply go to your survey on our Dashboard.
You can get the QR Code from one of two places. The first place is simply from the list of surveys in 'My Surveys'
The second place is when you are scripting your survey in the Dashboard. When in our scripting tool, you will see 'Mobile View' in the bottom right of your screen. Pressing this will also produce the QR code for you to test your survey.
There is no need to worry when you are testing using this QR code as this is a testing environment and therefore, will not register as a completed response.
